Bring Cara to your community!

Through our affiliates, we create locally owned and operated expressions of Cara via partners in new markets who see workforce development as a key component to advance self-sufficiency. We want to leverage the trust these organizations have already built within their communities and offer a different way of looking at workforce development based on their ecosystem.

Our Approach

We help existing organizations setup locally-owned and operated expressions of Cara based on their communities’ context, opportunities, and needs. Successful partners typically serve adults who are affected by poverty and face barriers to employment, and have a demonstrated track record of success in their communities. We work with these partners for 10 to 12 months to co-design a program specific to their model, vision, and population needs. After the first year, we provide ongoing assistance and learning opportunities so we can all continue to grow and learn from one another.
