Cara Institute
Let's Get to Work! Join Cara Plus for a virtual immersive institute on best practices and best failures from nearly 30 years in workforce development.
As we think about the questions we are collectively grappling with, we can’t ignore the long-lasting impact that COVID-19 will have on workforce development practitioners, employers, and the participants we serve.

At our virtual Cara Institute, you will have the opportunity to workshop and build a community of mutual learning alongside other workforce practitioners. This virtual institute is for organizations creating or enhancing workforce development programs to help people with employment barriers obtain, retain, and advance in quality jobs. Dive deep into Cara's service delivery model through one-on-one time with practitioners, and collaborate with other organizations on your own challenges and opportunities as we collectively navigate the impact and other side of COVID-19. We’ll also be workshopping how we are collectively responding to the shifting job market and workforce landscape.

Each cohort will be led through more than 12 hours of programming that will allow you to walk away with a fresh perspective and actionable steps to amplify your organization’s services, impact, and reach.
