Motivations

Hey ___, motivate me!

The best way to experience Cara’s mission at work is to participate in our morning tradition called Motivations. Part storytelling, part song, and all inspiration, Motivations takes place each Monday through Thursday morning before our Cara community start their day. Individuals of all walks of life enter the circle to share moments of struggles and strengths, while having a ton of fun in the process.

For Those Who Don't Know Me...

Participants are randomly selected to enter the circle; meaning anyone can go in at a moment’s notice! The idea behind this is for Cara participants to be prepared each morning as they continue on their journey to real, lasting successes. Want to see what motivates Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel or comedy legend Bill Murray? Check out their visits to our Motivations circle!

Today’s Topic is…

Each day has a different topic for participants to speak to. Topics vary from “What do you love about yourself” to “What has been your greatest accomplishment this week” to “What is the title of your obituary.” Participants will normally share their insight on the topic for two to three minutes followed by a few lines of a song that inspires them. The goal of this is to try… “TRY?! Ain’t nothin’ to it but to do it so do it!” (Psst, we don’t like to use the word “try” in the Motivations circle!)

We Can Motivate You

Interested in motivating your team? We can bring our signature Motivations to your business. Check out our Motivations Roadshow video to see how organizations like SoCore Energy and Lutheran Social Services of Indiana found their motivation.
